Hey, KoRn - thanks for your thoughts.  The Sig P239 I used was easy to shoot, so I liked it.  It seemed like a big punch for a concealable pistol.  I really think I'll keep holding out for a compact style 1911 45.  Here in IL, we have never had concealed carry, and in our political climate, it probably won't happen in my lifetime.  So, maybe buying something for it's concealability shouldn't be much of a factor.  Anyway, I'll report on whatever I figure out on what best to buy.
